Joseph Pecora has extensive experience with real estate litigation and development, with a particular emphasis on the Pennsylvania Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act (Act 135), Quiet Title actions and Mortgage Foreclosure and Tax Sale actions.
Prior to joining Orphanides & Toner LLP, Joseph was law clerk to the Honorable Idee C. Fox, President Judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Joseph graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2011, where he was a recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University in 2008, where he majored in History. Joseph is also a proud alumnus of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia.
Joseph lives in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife, Adriana. He is an active member of the Young Friends of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and the St. James School Young Professionals group.
