Caroline “Carly” Gardner is an experienced litigator who joined Orphanides & Toner LLP in 2017. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, zoning and real estate development.

Prior to joining Orphanides & Toner LLP, Carly was a litigation associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she worked on a number of complex commercial litigation matters that involved allegations such as securities fraud, accountants’ liability, and violations of ERISA. Carly also served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.

Carly graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2014, where she was a member of Widener Law Review and a student intern for the Widener Veterans Law Clinic. During her time at Widener, she successfully completed Widener’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. She graduated from Washington College in 2011, where she majored in English and minored in Business Management. Carly is also a proud alumna of Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown, Pennsylvania.
Carly lives in the Francisville neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband, Andrew. She is an active member of the Mount Saint Joseph Academy Young Alumnae Committee and a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia.
