Andrew Ross, Esquire

Andy has decades of experience navigating Philadelphia city government and counseling city agencies, including the Planning Commission and the City's Department of Licenses + Inspections.  During his 15 years with the City's Law Department, Andy served as Chief Deputy Solicitor for the Code Enforcement Unit.  In that role, Andy acted as the primary zoning attorney for the City administration, representing the Historical Commission and members of City Council.

Prior to being counsel for the City, Andy was a litigator in private practice in Philadelphia, and was editor-in-chief of the Legal Intelligencer.  

Andy lives in Old City Philadelphia, where he is co-chair of the zoning and development committee of his local civic association.
