Prominent Municipal Law Attorney, Andrew Ross, Joins Orphanides & Toner, LLP

Orphanides & Toner, LLP, is pleased to announce that prominent municipal law attorney, Andrew Ross, has joined the firm.  Andy has decades of experience navigating Philadelphia city government and counseling city agencies, including the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, the Philadelphia Historical Commission and the Department of Licenses & Inspections.  During his fifteen years with the city's Law Department, Andy also served as Chief City Solicitor for the Code Enforcement Unit.  In that role, he acted as the primary zoning attorney for the city administration and represented the Historical Commission and members of City Council. 

Andy brings a truly unique level and scope of experience to our firm and we are thankful to have him on our team.
